Website Visitors
Our website is solely for informational purposes, providing details about our business and services. Visitors can read text content and view embedded videos from our YouTube channel. No purchases, registrations, or interactive features are available on the website.
We do not collect any personally identifiable information from website visitors, such as names, email addresses, addresses, phone numbers, or mobile numbers.
We do not collect any technical information ourselves. Because our website uses Google Analytics, Google may automatically collect certain non-personal technical information when you visit the site. ImmerseMe VR Platform Users
We offer two types of VR headsets: unlocked headsets for free sessions and locked headsets for pay-per-use sessions. For both types, we do not collect any personally identifiable information about users, such as names, emails, addresses, phone numbers, or mobile numbers. We do not require users to identify themselves or create accounts to access VR experiences.
For pay-per-use sessions only, users voluntarily scan a QR code displayed on the headset to unlock and pay for a session. During this process, limited transactional and technical information may be collected or generated, including payment confirmation details, transaction reference identifiers, session time and duration, location of the VR experience, and technical identifiers required to enable the session. Session start and end times are registered during the payment process. We do not collect or store full bank account numbers, card numbers, CVV codes, or online banking credentials. All payments are processed securely by third-party banks or payment service providers.
The information collected is used to process and confirm pay-per-use session payments, enable access to the purchased VR experience, operate and maintain the platform, improve service performance, detect fraud or misuse, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations. Data is not used for account creation, profiling, or unrelated marketing activities.
Data is processed in accordance with UAE data protection laws, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021. Processing is based on your consent (given when you scan the QR code and complete payment for pay-per-use sessions), the performance of a contract to deliver the VR session you purchased, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in operating and securing the platform.
Payments are handled exclusively by secure third-party payment providers or banks. We do not have access to or control over your full banking or card details. Payment providers process data in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable regulations, and users are encouraged to review those policies separately.
Information may be disclosed to legal or regulatory authorities when required by law. Data is not sold, rented, traded, or otherwise shared with third parties.
Data is retained only for as long as necessary to complete transactions, meet legal, accounting, or regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. Once the data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymized.
